Meet the Authors

Hi! I'm Abby, just a sinner saved by the grace of God. I am a firm believer that faith in Christ is more than a one-time decision-- it is a total transformation of lifestyle. My husband Daniel and I work at a Bible camp ministry, trusting that God has us there on purpose to reach out to all kinds of people in many different and sometimes unexpected ways! I graduated from Bible institute having studied Christian Education and Biblical Languages, being first founded in sound doctrine and then in the practical outworking of doctrine in daily life and community. Working at camp, I have opportunity to put my education to use through teaching, discipling, and fulfilling leadership roles, as well as through the seemingly mundane tasks of housekeeping and serving food. At home, I love to write music and practice playing cello, make creative stationery, and enjoy fellowship with friends over a cup of tea (any flavor, please!).
My articles tend to focus on God's design for the wife, housekeeping, ministry theory and outworking, daily relationship with God, and random counter-culture thoughts that occur to me as I contemplate the "why's" of life. I hope you are encouraged in the Lord by what you read on Women Teaching Women!

Hello! My name is Megan and I'm saved by the grace of God through faith in Christ. My faith in Christ fuels my passion to serve Him in all the things that I do. I am a college-aged single woman trying to make a living in this big crazy world while saving up for my next degree. I am a graduate of Bible institute with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling and Greek. I'm also a professional artist and full time custodian at an elementary and middle school. I'm an active daydreamer who loves writing, drawing, crafting, playing the piano, singing, and anything else I can get my hands on!
I write articles primarily concerning single living for women, college lifestyle, journaling, time management, and practical theology. I'm also the website designer and photographer, so if anything is looking a little funky you can blame me. :)
